Last Updated Badge

About this Plugin

Shows a small "Last updated: DATE" badge on posts when the modified date is meaningfully later than the publish date. A configurable minimum-days threshold prevents newly-published posts from displaying a stale-looking badge. Three visual styles (subtle, prominent, inline) cover common use cases. A [last_updated] shortcode allows manual placement anywhere.

Installation

1. Download the plugin ZIP file using the button on this page.
2. Go to WordPress Admin → Plugins → Add New.
3. Click Upload Plugin and select the downloaded ZIP.
4. Click Install Now then Activate Plugin.
