About this Plugin

Outputs a rel=canonical tag for every page — singular posts/pages, archives, taxonomy terms, search, and author pages. Optionally replaces WordPress's built-in canonical to give full control. A per-post meta box lets editors specify a custom canonical URL for any post.

Installation

  1. Download the plugin ZIP file using the button on this page.
  2. Go to WordPress Admin → Plugins → Add New.
  3. Click Upload Plugin and select the downloaded ZIP.
  4. Click Install Now then Activate Plugin.
