Bulk Alt Text scans your WordPress media library and surfaces every image attachment that is missing alt text (where _wp_attachment_image_alt post meta is absent or empty). It presents these images in a clean admin table with an inline editable alt text field per row. You can save individual rows via a per-row button, select specific images and save them in one click, or save all visible images with the "Save All" button — all via AJAX with no page reload.
