AddonLogic Booking Reminder Emails is a self-contained appointment reminder system. Admins add "Appointment" records (client name, email, date/time, service) via a custom post type. A WP Cron job runs hourly and automatically sends HTML reminder emails to clients whose appointments are approaching — based on configurable lead times (e.g. 24 hours before, and optionally a second reminder at 2 hours before). A built-in log page records every dispatched reminder with its status.
