About this Plugin

Bulk Image Compressor re-compresses every existing JPEG and PNG in the WordPress Media Library at a chosen quality level using either Imagick or GD. A live progress bar and per-image results table show before/after file sizes, bytes saved, and percentage reduction for each image. A statistics panel at the top of the page displays running totals so you can track cumulative savings across the entire library.

Installation

1. Download the plugin ZIP file using the button on this page.
2. Go to WordPress Admin → Plugins → Add New.
3. Click Upload Plugin and select the downloaded ZIP.
4. Click Install Now then Activate Plugin.
