Duplicate Post

About this Plugin

Duplicate Post adds a Duplicate row action to any post or page in the WordPress admin list screen. Clicking it instantly creates a new draft that is an exact clone of the original, copying the title (prefixed with "Copy of"), content, excerpt, all post meta (including custom fields, ACF, Yoast SEO data), and all taxonomy terms (categories, tags, and custom taxonomies). The user is redirected to the edit screen of the new draft immediately after duplication. Which post types support duplication is configurable in Settings.

Installation

1. Download the plugin ZIP file using the button on this page.
2. Go to WordPress Admin → Plugins → Add New.
3. Click Upload Plugin and select the downloaded ZIP.
4. Click Install Now then Activate Plugin.
