AddonLogic Per-Post Meta Editor

About this Plugin

Adds a SEO Meta meta box to every post and page editor with fields for a custom SEO title and meta description. Both fields have a live colour-coded character counter (60 recommended for title, 160 for description) with a progress bar. When filled in, the values are output in <head> as the page title and a <meta name="description"> tag; empty fields fall back to WordPress defaults.

Installation

  1. Download the plugin ZIP file using the button on this page.
  2. Go to WordPress Admin → Plugins → Add New.
  3. Click Upload Plugin and select the downloaded ZIP.
  4. Click Install Now then Activate Plugin.
