Registers a native Gutenberg block that lets editors place interactive clickable hotspot pins on any image. Each pin, when clicked, reveals a tooltip with a title and description text. Pins are placed by clicking directly on the image in the block editor. The block uses server-side rendering — markup is generated in PHP so it stays valid across WordPress updates. No page-builder required, no build step.
