Lists every registered WordPress image size (core and theme/plugin additions), lets the admin choose which sizes to generate for new uploads, bulk-regenerates thumbnails for selected sizes across the entire media library via AJAX with a live progress bar, and permanently deletes the generated files for specific sizes from the server (without touching originals).
