Tracks how far a visitor has scrolled on any selected post or page type and stores the position in `localStorage`. For logged-in users, optionally syncs the position to the server via AJAX (user meta) for cross-device resume. On the next visit to the same post, a dismissible slide-in bar appears at the top or bottom of the screen with "Resume reading from X%" — clicking Continue smooth-scrolls to the saved position.
